    Join your neighbors for a fun Easter event at the Sonoma Verde Amenity Center. Easter Egg Hunt times are as follows:
    • 10:10 a.m. - Ages 2 & Under
    • 10:20 a.m. - Ages 3-5
    • 10:30 a.m. - Ages 6-7
    • 10:40 a.m. - Ages 8+

  2. Community Garage Sale

    Community Garage Sale

    When: March 30th, 7am-3pm
    Where: Sonoma Verde Community

    Typically, garage sales are held on the 3rd weekend in April and 3rd weekend in September. Due to the third weekend in April falling on Easter weekend, the Board has approved to move the date of the community garage sale for the spring. 

    The Community Garage Sale will occur at individual homes, and the Association will provide signage to advertise to the public (note: if you'd like to have a sign for your yard, you will be responsible for providing your own). 

    Volunteers needed to help put out and take down signage, and to act as the liason for the event. Contact Alyssa Wilson at awilson@ccmcnet.com for more information.

  6. Community Garage Sale

    Event Starts: September 15, 2018

    7am to 3pm

    No registration is needed to participate in the Community Garage Sale.
    Signage is provided and will be placed by property management at the front entrance as well as another location off of HWY 205 and West FM 550.
    Directional Signage will also be placed on all of the streets. Residents participating will just need to open the garage doors and operate from 7am to 3pm on either Friday, March 16 and/or Saturday, March 17.
    There is no donation vehicle expected.

  9. 3rd Annual Memorial Weekend Pool Opening

    Our HOA will be grilling burgers and hotdogs. Also drinks, sides and condiments will be provided. Bring the family and make a splash in our resort style pool! Also, from 3pm to 5pm we will distribute tickets for you to receive a complimentary Kona Ice at the Amenities Center.

  10. Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

    Event Starts: April 14, 2018

    9am to 3pm

    City of Rockwall
    Service Center
    1600 Airport Rd.

    Household quantities only

    1. City of Rockwall residents will need to bring a current utility bill or driver’s license for proof of residency.
    2. Keep Chemicals in their original containers if possible.
    3. Do not mix different or unknown chemicals together.
    4. Place broken or leaking containers inside a second container of similar material (glass for corrosive, metal for flammables). Use clay-based cat litter to soak up spills.
    5. Transport materials in the trunk or back of vehicle, away from the driver and passengers.
    6. For safety purposes please do not bring children or pets to the collection site.
    7. Please stay in your vehicle when entering the collection site. Trained workers will unload hazardous waste from your vehicle.

    There may be a long wait at the collection site. Be patient. The contractor and volunteers are working as quickly as possible to collect and identify the materials safely.
